We are unable to update and save updated contact information in the field. We ask that you email us as soon as possible so this information can be done so prior to an upcoming service. This is in regard to the change of Point of Contact or Billing Contact. Please include updated name(s), phone number(s) and email address depending on change.

We require a 30-day notice for any ongoing customer who is planning to move to a new location. This allows us to update the future service schedule/route and to put us on notice to keep availability for a purge/clean out prior to the move. On-site containers are to be moved by the customer during move process.
