Has your shred container(s) been filled up sooner than next scheduled service? We know it happens and will be glad to get you taken care of as it does happen every so often. Most of the time this is due to a busy period during the year or a small purge of documents that turned our bigger than expected.
In the event you are purging records or documents or planning to, we ask you submit a Clean Out/Purge request instead instead of making an extra service request. Please click below to submit.
One extra service request can be made between recurring services. An extra service request does not change the upcoming next scheduled service date. Please note, we have a black out period depending on the service frequency. The periods are as follows prior to next scheduled service:
In the event your service request falls within one of the above based on your frequency, we will advise you of your upcoming scheduled service when all extra material can be handled at that time. You may still request the extra service with the knowledge provided of your close upcoming scheduled service still taking place.
If two extra service requests are made within two scheduled service periods, an adjustment to service frequency or container(s) (size or number) will be adjusted to suit ongoing service needs.
By submitting the below form to request an extra pick-up you acknowledge the above outlined disclosure. Upon receipt of request, we will get you added to the route schedule for the next time we are in your area. A trip charge may be applied to the service charge in the event we are not scheduled in or near your area for a reasonable period and will advise prior if this may arise.
